Q: How do I purchase a copy of the e-book “Scotlyn, Knightess of the Dragon”?

Q: I am interested in your book, but am unsure as to what an e-book is. Could you explain it to me?
A: An e-book is a book which is in soft copy form as opposed to paperbacks or hardbacks which are hard copy forms.
The novel will be sent to you via email. From there the book will open up with Acrobat Reader.
Acrobat Reader is a standard program on most computers. If your computer does not have Acrobat Reader it can be downloaded online at no charge. The e-book is yours to keep on your computer or can be printed from home.
Many people prefer e-books as they are convenient, can be read from a variety of electrical devices and can also be printed from your printer.
E-books contain all the elements and story of an actual book including illustrations.
Q: Can I get a refund on E-books?
A: No. All sales are final.
Since you cannot physically return an e-book, we do NOT give refunds.
Q: How do I purchase ART WORK?
A: If you would like to purchase a print I do offer reasonably priced prints on nice matte finished paper or on canvas.
I also have a few originals for sale in pencil and oil on canvas.
Please email me if you would like to purchase art work.
Q: Do you do custom artwork or illustrations?
A: Yes. I am picky about what art project I take on. The project has to be something I believe in and will have fun with. If I took on every art project offered to me then I would not be able to sleep and would eventually go crazy. Please email a little about the project and what exactly you would like me to do and I can give you a bid.
Q: Can I get a refund on Custom Costumes?
A: Since all costumes are custom made for you and to fit your body we can NOT do refunds.
Q: Can I get a refund on Custom ARTWORK?
A: Since the art work is custom once again I can NOT give a refund.
Example: If I spend a month painting your portrait and you change your mind and want a portrait of your puppy instead I need to be paid for the original portrait before I paint a second portrait of your puppy.
